"The Bruiser" is named not only for its blue, purple and grey color scheme, but for how it competes against other configurations...

After building VESCs for myself and others since 2022, I found that every configuration makes compromises in terms of cost, weight, speed, range, compatibility/upgradeability, and features like lights and display of battery cell levels. The goal of this build was to provide a turn-it-on-and-ride experience that outperforms any comparable Onewheel you can buy off the shelf, at a lower cost.

The Bruiser includes a smart charger and smart BMS (xlite v4), high-performance, long-range battery (648 Wh - 48% more range than a GT-S), and all the amenities like Kush Wide footpads, Stoked Stock v5 sensor, Bang Bumpers, WTF rails and TFL Drop-Top fender.

This brand new, zero mile build, sold on 2/8/25, was an upgraded copy of my personal Thor300-based VESC, which easily gets my 225 lbs. up to 30 mph, crushes steep hills, and shreds trails.
